Preamble
This Ethical Code exists to protect human wellbeing, prevent manipulation, and build trust. It’s not only rules: it is a declaration of principles for honest, transparent, and respectful spiritual practice.
We do not use fear as a tool. The consultant keeps freedom of choice at all times.
I. Fundamental Principles
Human Dignity
Every person must be treated with respect, empathy and equality—regardless of background, identity, beliefs or economic situation.
Truth & Honesty
Communication must be clear and honest. Catastrophic stories and fear-based manipulation are forbidden.
Consultant’s Freedom
The consultant remains free to choose. The practitioner facilitates—never dictates destiny.
Confidentiality
Personal information is protected with full discretion, except with explicit consent or legal mandate.
Not a Substitute for Professionals
Spiritual practice does not replace medicine, psychology, law, or finance. Refer out when needed.
No Dependency
Do not create emotional, spiritual or economic dependency. The goal is empowerment.
Energetic Integrity
Work with authenticity and coherence—avoid mixing personal interests with spiritual practice.
II. Conduct & Professional Practice
Transparency in Fees
Prices must be communicated clearly in advance—no hidden costs or pressure tactics.
No Threats / No Scams
It is forbidden to manipulate through “curses”, “spiritual threats” or fear to profit or control.
Conscious Use of Ritual Tools
Ritual elements must be used with respect—avoid sensationalism and trivialization.
Respect Among Colleagues
Do not defame colleagues. Promote ethical collaboration and community.
Continuous Training
Ethical practice includes ongoing study, self-evaluation and personal growth.
Neutrality in Personal Conflicts
Do not take sides in family/personal disputes or use the role to favor one party.
Digital Ethics
Protect privacy online. Do not publish personal data, chats or cases without explicit authorization.
III. Relationship with the Community
Ethical Advertising
Marketing must be honest: no “guaranteed results”, no absolute promises, no deception.
Limits of Predictions
Predictions are possibilities, not certainties. The consultant must be empowered to change their reality.
Right to Decline a Service
A practitioner may decline a consultation if there are ethical risks, bad intentions, or severe instability.
Minors
Sessions with minors require explicit consent from parents or legal guardians.
Careful Language
Language must guide and empower—never humiliate, threaten, or create hopelessness.
Practitioner Wellbeing
Maintain mental, physical and spiritual health to offer a quality service.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
The practitioner may end the professional relationship in cases of harassment or threats.
Intercultural Respect
Honor cultural roots. Avoid disrespect and inappropriate appropriation of ancestral traditions.
